    Job Summary 

    The The LEAD Collective Community Manager must be a dynamic person that demonstrates

    As day-to-day operations may vary, the The LEAD Collective Community Manager is expected to plan,  direct, or coordinate the operations of the organization while overseeing multiple departments.  

     

    Duties and responsibilities include 

    • Planning and directing The Collective events, calendar, communications and day to day engagement 

    • managing day to day coordination between Leadership, Ops, Coaches and students

    • planning  the use of materials, debriefs and engaging Coaches at the appropriate time

     

    The following further defines the intricacies of the The LEAD Collective Community Manager  role, it is not intended to capture all duties and responsibilities, the The LEAD Collective Community Manager is expected to perform  other duties assigned due to the needs of the business.  

     

    Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Review performance data to measure productivity or goal  achievement or to identify areas of special focus for improvement related to the Collective 

    • Perform administrative activities directly related to onboarding new clients & off-boarding clients

    • Work with Business Operations Manager to coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize  investments, or increase efficiency. 

    • Perform other administrative duties, such as greeting or assisting clients, answering calls,  and taking messages where necessary.  

    • Establish or implement The Collective policies, goals, objectives, or procedures

    • Perform personnel functions, such as collaborating with selection and performing job  specific training,  

    • Plan or direct activities, that requires coordination with other department managers.

    • Work with Business Development teams to collaborate or implement marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns 

     

    Education 

    • Bachelor: Business Administration or similar field of study 

    • Preferred: MBA

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements 

    All work will be in a climate-controlled environment adhering to all lighting and ventilation guidelines. The length of the workday may vary as the result of evening activities or emergencies.  Must be able to operate standard office machinery. The BOM must also be able to perform the  following physical activities:  

    • Standing 

    • Sitting 

    • Walking 

    • Reaching 

    • Bending 

    • Lifting no more than 25 pounds.
