To help others make their dreams and ambitions undeniable through experienced knowledge, psychology, and energy awareness with dedicated support to take ACTION.


Why we started:

Ambitions and dreams are great to have but often hard to achieve without support, guidance, and (sometimes) a little kick in the butt. We can spend years thinking about our next steps instead of taking ACTION now. Action Leadership Lab (ALL) was created to see you achieve your biggest ambitions. Call us crazy but we get excited when others are happier and more fulfilled in their lives and businesses. We simplified the process, hold your hand and keep you accountable while you go through the ups, the downs, and all the emotions in between.

1% of all sales are donated to STEAM and organizations for feeding children. It is hard to concentrate with an empty stomach. It is hard to see a big bright future if you don't even know of opportunities. We aim to solve that with time, effort and donating to worthy causes.

How we are different?

Metrics & accomplishments are how we measure our progress towards our collective mission(s).  We align company strategy with individual contribution. Recharge is in there!

  • Weekly – Leadership Syncs to check in and align on our collective missions
  • Monthly – Full Leadership & Team Syncs (Accomplishments & Alignment) to align together
  • Quarterly – Mission Check-ins --> Review last quarter’s missions and set the next mission(s) for the quarter
  • Yearly – Vivid Vision Review, Check-in, & Calibrations – 1 yr., 3 yr., 5 yr., 10 yr.

Our Manifesto

  1. We are in it together. The focus is always on the collective. If the focus is on you and how to personally advance you, this is not the place for you. We collaborate (not compete!!) to move the collective, the company, & the world forward. Internal competition simply deteriorates companies from the inside. 
  2. If you have a tendency to say “Tell me exactly what you want me to do”, this company is not a fit. We believe in critical thinking and having the ability to define, express, & execute the thoughts that flow through your mind. Brainstorming session, sure! If you need step by step hand holding to think through a challenge or opportunity, no need to apply.  
  3. We believe in “iterative incremental perfection”. We want to get better each day, each task, each time to still be relevant 100+ years from now. We are not going to do the same things the same ways for years because the world evolves every day. “This is the way we have always done it” is NOT for us. Remember Blockbuster or Circuity City? Innovate, iterate fast or die.
  4. We spend focused intentional time on growth and learning new skills, expanding our mindset, & hearing other perspectives of the world. If your learning ended with a “formal” education, skip the application process. We will irritate you with our perpetual growth.
  5. A core purpose is creating more FREEDOM by ending generational poverty through action-oriented learning and purposeful steps to create extraordinary lives & business empires. How we get there can shift because we focus on moving big needles as the world evolves. The big rocks rarely change but the things around them may. You like change & adaptation? Come on in! 
  6. We stay a step ahead. Creativity and adaptability are our spices to learning and staying engaged when things get hard. Bring your A game!
  7. Diversity is more than race and gender. Different backgrounds in education and life experiences brings the world’s perspectives to discussions and our outcomes. It also happens to directly increase long term profits. #WinWin
  8. Semi-flat organizations work best for us. Our intent is to stay agile & nimble. We do not believe in multiple layers between the strategic vision and the execution for speed and quality. If you have played the “pass the message” game, you know why multiple layers suck and drastically slows things down.
  9. Meetings should have an agenda & purpose. Brainstorming sessions have a purpose & include the people needed to implement. No one gets to make work decisions on behalf of someone else. Meeting just to meet really bugs us. You too? We might be the place for you.
  10. Simplicity always works best for us. We actively seek ways to condense the complex into simple but interesting basics.
